this is why i'm chomping at the bit to get agreed value insurance for my car. I tried setting it all up but most places dont want someone under 25. 1.5 years left

One major point here though is that if you are planning to sue someone, you have to sue for as much as possible. This isn't actually some guy trying to sell his car for way more than its worth. If he does sue for all this stuff hopefully maybe he'll get 15-20k after a settlement. That being said, the whole idea of insurance is so you don't have to sue someone if your car is damaged/stolen
